Rachel is the founder of Merities Consulting, a specialist pay transparency and compensation consultancy based in Switzerland. With a background in employment taxation and over a decade of experience in reward strategy, Rachel has become a recognised voice in the evolving field of pay governance. Her expertise spans job architecture, salary benchmarking, gender pay gap reporting and the practical implementation steps towards pay transparency, including in preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Victoria is an experienced functional HR consultant with over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimising HR solutions across the full HR lifecycle. Victoria is known for her attention to detail, whilst appreciating the bigger picture, which enables her to rapidly identify critical gaps in processes and solutions, conduct robust assessments, and craft clear, actionable roadmaps. Her natural focus on quality, risk-awareness, and continuous improvement ensures that her recommendations are not only tailored but also realistic and impactful, paving the way for meaningful HR change projects and programmes.
